The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the website are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, registered trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights.
The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the website strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the website. The posting of information or materials on the website does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials.
Any other use of this website content requires permission from Premier Fish at Home Ltd.
The website contains links to other web sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or opinions express in such web sites, and such web sites are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy or completeness by us.

Premier Fish at Home Ltd is not liable for any of the following losses or damage:
Loss of data, revenue or anticipated profits
Loss of business
Loss suffered by third parties
Any damages arising from the use of this website regardless of the form of action
Here at Premier Fish at Home Ltd, we aim to provide you with the best quality and service possible. For local customers we deliver on our own vehicles, for national customers we use couriers.
Your fish will be packed professionally, to ensure you can enjoy restaurant quality produce, that’s been delivered direct to your door.
Free delivery on all orders containing products worth over £40, after any discount codes are applied. This is to a single UK mainland address, excluding Scottish highlands.
If you order is under £40, you will pay £9.95 for delivery.
Earliest delivery date
Local delivery service:
Order Monday for Tuesday, Wednesday for Thursday and Thursday for Friday delivery.
Courier national service:
Order Monday for Wednesday, Tuesday for Thursday and Wednesday for Friday.
Your order will be delivered on the date you choose, between 8.00am and 8.00pm (the delivery window may be extended during peak times or by force majeure).
We can't give you an exact time for delivery, but we can ask the driver to leave it somewhere safe if you're out. Please provide instructions for the driver, such as a neighbour's address, or a safe place to leave your box such as a patio or garage.
Please note that delivery dates may be affected by public and bank holidays. You will be asked to choose your delivery day at the checkout point, but if you are in any doubt, please feel free to call us on 01725 513398 and we'll answer any queries you might have.
Whilst our objective is to always provide you with high quality produce, if there is an issue please follow the instructions below.
The Buyer may cancel any order for Goods for any reason up to the point of dispatch and any payments made by the Buyer shall be refunded in full within 28 days. The Buyer may cancel any Contract for Services at any time before seven working days has passed from the day after the Contract was made and any payments made by the Buyer shall be refunded in full within 28 days. If, however, the Supplier starts to perform its side of the Contract with the agreement of the Buyer before the Buyer exercises this right to cancel, the right to cancel is lost.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods may have to be returned by the Buyer to the Supplier within the best before date or use by date on the product. The Buyer shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective and/or need to be returned.
Any claim for quality of goods must be notified in writing to email@example.com or by telephone to 01275 513398, within 48 hours of delivery. If this is over the weekend, please use the email option and a member of the team will contact you asap.
Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the supplier on the package.
